First-in-class oncology

Disarming the tumour microenvironment.

Finn Therapeutics is pioneering first-in-class antibodies that remodel the tumour stroma and microenvironment — disrupting the support system that lets hard-to-treat solid tumours resist therapy — to improve outcomes for patients with limited options.

Our approach

One overlooked driver. Three escape routes closed.

Solid tumours build a supportive microenvironment — the stroma — that fuels their growth, shields them from the immune system, and helps them spread. Today's checkpoint inhibitors and TKIs largely leave this support system intact.

A genuinely new target

We focus on a tumour-associated target within the microenvironment that is distinct from existing approaches — offering a tumour-specific opportunity with a well-defined safety window.

A precision antibody

FTX-2802 is a humanised IgG1 antibody designed to selectively disrupt the signalling that sustains the tumour-supporting microenvironment.

A biomarker-guided path

Biomarker-led patient selection focuses development on those most likely to respond — a leaner, impactful route to a meaningful clinical signal.

The science

Remodelling the tumour microenvironment

The tumour microenvironment simultaneously promotes new blood-vessel formation, suppresses anti-tumour immunity, and drives the lymphatic spread of disease — three of the primary ways solid tumours evade therapy.

FTX-2802 is a first-in-class antibody designed to disrupt this tumour-supporting biology, offering a mechanism-differentiated approach intended to work alongside existing standard-of-care therapies.
