Privacy & cookies

How we handle the limited personal data you share with us through this website, and our minimal use of cookies.

Who we are

This website is operated by Finn Therapeutics Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI672275), registered office Glendinning House, 6 Murray Street, Belfast BT1 6DN, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for any personal data you provide here. You can reach us at info@finn-therapeutics.com.

What we collect, and why

We only collect personal data that you choose to send us through our contact form or by email — typically your name, email address, organisation, the nature of your enquiry, and the content of your message.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue a conversation with you about Finn Therapeutics. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and your consent in submitting the form. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How the contact form works

Our contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service that forwards your submission to our inbox. Your message passes through their systems only to reach us. Email you send to us is held in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted or archived in line with our internal retention practices.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We use only what is strictly necessary for the site to function. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this page and seek consent where required.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To make a request, email info@finn-therapeutics.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
